From Chase To Crash

It was late in the afternoon on a Tuesday, when suddenly a local neighbor, Evie Marshall, heard a loud “ BOOM” comes from outside her house. Evie and her family come  outside to see black tire marks on Evie’s neighbor, William Jenkins, leading  to a car crashed into a parked pick-up truck, with police already on the scene. “ Uh-oh” is all that comes out of Evie and her sisters mouths. Apparently police were chasing the mad car driver when he suddenly turned on Evie’s street and lost control. This in fact is another example of how car chases are dangerous. The lucky part was that the only thing that got hurt was Mr. Jenkins car. Car chases cause terrible damage and ruin lives. Although this one was lucky others have not. Even though Mr. Jenkins is happy that no one got hurt he was devastated about his ruined truck. Mr. Jenkins stated what he thought about the situation, “ How is it that I am the only person on the street with a drive through and my car gets hit.” A question still not answer is where did the suspect go after the crash, because no one knows till this day.

  2. I liked how you have lots of detail, but I kind of got confused when you said that there was tire marks on Mr. Jenkins and then said that the only thing that got hurt was his car.
