Problems With Free Speech

There is a free speech problem in the city of Saint Louis.People are not giving each other the opportunity to state there own opinion on what happened.Many people have this problem in this city.

An 8th grade student had a problem with free speech.He was accused of harassing  an elderly woman.However the 8th grade student didn’t do that.It was another kid a 7th grader was “humping” the air,that lead to the police accusing the 8th grader.The Police refused to hear his side of the story,and told him to”shut up”.The 8th grader felt “mad”, this is very unfair.

This free speech problem is happening to others also.An 8th grader named Kiyjuan.In 4th grade Kiyjuan was accused of stealing,by a teacher.Kiyjuan sugested to the teacher that “maybe you shoud acuse someone else”.He got an office referal for saying that.He felt “mad”.He was stading up t the teacher using his free speech and he got in trouble.

The last problem with free speech is wit a 8th grade boy named Jason.Back in 6th grade Jason was accused of talking in class, when it wasn’t really him.He pleaded with the teacher saying that it wasn’t him,but he got a detention.Teachers are not letting students get free speech.This is a major problem in the city of Saint Louis.
