So we are going to talk about violent games. There is a game that a High School made up where kids have water guns and they want to squirt every one so they can win. To win your team has to be the last one alive. I think these games are bad for kids because of a couple of reasons.
One reason is that the game gives a perspective that guns and violence is good. Since this is teaching them that violence is good they will want to do it when they grow up, they think if they kill someone they will just revive and come back to life.
Second reason is that kids are already mean enough to each other that they do not need the help of water guns. Kids tease and bully each other over things like, clothes, weight, looks so that makes them mad at each other. So if some kid that is not playing the game gets squirted it could start a fight.
Third reason is that schools are trying to get rid of violence but this school is basically making the students want to participate in the violent games even more. Since this game is allowed for all kids depending on their age it would not just affect that one school it will affect all the schools that those students go to.
These are my reasons why I think this game is bad for kids. This is my last thought i want to leave you to think about. Is it good for kids to play violent games and do bad things when they grow up into an adult or, raise your kid as a good kid and have him have a happy life?
