Rude employees ruin shoppers’ good day

              

                 Many people are faced with the challenge of patience and kindness. We’ve all witnessed or experienced a time where we’ve encountered rude employees or rude customers. In this case it was a rude employee. Even though everyone has met a not so nice person, but being a customer, you should feel comfortable and welcomed.

             It was a warm summer afternoon, when a young girl, by the name of Mikayla Alexander, walked into Macy’s, but little did she know the atmosphere she was about to walk into was cold. There wasn’t many people on the floor at that time. It was quiet and deserted except a couple of other women and a couple.  The boyfriend was being dragged around like a little girl would drag around her doll. The girl Mikayla was browsing around for a pair of colored skinny jeans, quietly. She couldn’t find the color she was looking for, so she walked silently to the checkout where a female employee was dozing off. The employee was woken up and greeted the customer with a rude,”What do you want?”  Mikayla was kind and was happy to be shopping, so she wondered why was the customer being so rude. When asked where the colored jeans were, the female employee just mumbled, “ I don’t know.”   The customer was extremely upset so she walked away. She found a pair of jeans and went to the rude employee to buy the pants. The employee continued to be rude. Mikayla tried not to let it spoil her happy mood. She walked out of Macy’s less excited then when she walked in.

              I think we should report rude employees because that’s is not how they should be acting in a work place.
