8th grade graduation cancelled?!

September 17,2014 2nd block 8th graders were just told that graduation and six flags were cancelled. The reason for this is budget cost. All the 8th grade class in ms. Crain’s class were all angry and upset. They all probably were about to just get up and leave and let them have no 8th graders. 8th graders in 2nd block were mad and almost yelling and about to attack Mr. doyle. But lucky for Mr.doyle no one got up and actually attacked him. Someone said “ This isn't fair.” All the 8th graders were so hurt some people had angry faces. He came in out of no where just in the middle of class when the 8th graders were working hard and listening to their teacher. After they got the news, the students in 2nd block didn't even want to work. They just sat there steamingly angry and mad. Everyone in the classroom was talking about how unfair it is that they couldn't have graduation or the traditional trip to six flags. So as Mr. Doyle left everyone looked sad and looked at each other. Then all the 8th graders started talking to each other about what news they just heard. The students in 2nd block all looked at their teacher and she responded “ It's just a joke you will have graduation and six flags.” Everyone was mad that it was a joke because they thought it was real and were looking forward to six flags and graduation it was just a joke.

It was nice how you could make it seem as if you were there. The dialogue helps you picture what actually happened. Readers can really tell that students were mad when they heard this news! Good Job!
