Too Much Homework

A common theme in the home of Isabella and many other teens is the lack of excitement and even dread when it comes to homework. they put it off until the last minute and stay up late completing it, then they are exhausted the next day. Many have no choice but to put their homework off. Some have sports, Some have tutors, some have to watch their siblings or help around the house.

A great example of this happened Wednesday night Isabella’s mother called to her asking if she would like to go get something to eat. Isabella accepted the offer  “Did you do your homework?” her mother asked. “Uh yes” she replied. Truthfully, she hadn’t even looked at her homework yet. She had cheer practice earlier and she was tired. The very thought of homework exhausted her. She later regretted her decision because when she finally did get around to doing her homework her mother came in. “you told me you finished that Isabella” her mother said. She was not happy to hear that Isabella had lied to her. “thats it. you cant go to Samantha’s house tomorrow. Isabella’s heart sunk. she really wanted to go to that sleepover. She may have been upset but she was moe frustrated with the amount of homework she still had to complete. -BY ISABELLA DIAMOND BECAUSE HER BLOGGER DOESNT WORK

  1. Ok job but next time add more detail and what does the last sentence have to do with having to much homework?

  2. I like how you added a lot of detail and some dialog, but you always go back to check your spelling because you forgot the r in more. This is true about the school work, sports, and house work because my parents expect me to go to bed a 9, but they make me do chores when I'm trying to do my homework. When we go somewhere I only get like an hour or 2 to do chores and finish homework when I could be doing my homework in the car to, it's not like I'm the one who is driving.
